• Nationwide Delivery: We deliver to all 64 districts in Bangladesh. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
• Processing Speed: Orders are processed and dispatched on the same business day for maximum freshness.

• Inside Dhaka: Doorstep delivery within 24 to 48 hours.
• Outside Dhaka: Delivered safely within 2 to 4 business days.

• Standard Inside Dhaka: ৳60 standard delivery charge.
• Standard Outside Dhaka: ৳100 nationwide delivery charge.
• Free Shipping: Available on eligible promotional campaigns and bundles.

• Live SMS Tracking: As soon as your order is dispatched, you receive a courier tracking number and direct tracking link via SMS.

• Delivery Window: Couriers deliver between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM on working days.
• Holidays: National public holidays, extreme weather, or regional road blocks may slightly affect delivery timelines.

• Two Attempts: If delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts due to unreachable phone or absence, the package is returned. Re-shipping costs apply.

• Immediate Claim: If your package shows physical damage upon transit, please inform our support desk within 3 days of delivery for an instant replacement.
