  Securely pack: your item and send it to the OnekkisuBD office.

• Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.
• Method of Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was incorrect or defective.

• Eligibility: If you need to exchange an item, please initiate the return process and specify that you would like an exchange.
• Processing Time: Exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
